At Blush Hair Boutique we always aim for a 5 star service. However, we appreciate that not everything in life can always be perfect and sometimes we don’t always get it right. Blush Hair Boutique guarantees each and every visit and we are always grateful to be made aware as soon as possible if any aspect of your visit to the salon has not lived up to your expectations. Our policy is to allow clients two weeks from the date of your appointment to let us know if anything is not quite as you wish with your hair. We will then look to re perform the service to correct any problems free of charge. Regrettably any issues raised after the two week time period may be carried out as a chargeable appointment.
